This was my favorite hike on my last trip to Big Bend. We left the campground and started up the cliff as the sun was starting to make its descent. After a gorgeous journey, surrounded by far-off mountains, we arrived at the hot spring just in time for sunset. And as we left, the moon came out, illuminating the bats who play among the stars.
